Day 02. DRIVE TO TANA TORAJA (B,L,D)
After breakfast, we will visit the traditional silk factory where women hand spin and weave silk clothes. Than drive to Tana Toraja via Palopo where we will find many spectacular views along the road from Palopo to Tana Toraja. Lunch en route. In the afternoon arrive in Tana Toraja. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 03. FULL DAY TANA TORAJA TOUR (B,L,D)
After breakfast, we will take you on a full day exploring of Tana Toraja. First we will visit Lemo, where we can find hanging graves with its rows of Tau-Tau. On to Londa the natural grave where the deceased are entombed. Kete Kesu is a local Torajan village where we can see the traditional Tongkonan houses and the rice barns. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Rantepao. In the afternoon we will visit Pallawa & Sa’dan, local Torajan village famous as the wood carving and weaving center. Than back to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 04. FULL DAY TANA TORAJA TOUR (B,L,D)
After breakfast, we will take you on another full day Tana Toraja exploring. Today we will visit Marante & Nanggala, local Torajan villages famous for their large Tongkonans and old rice barns. On to Bori’ where we can find ancient stone megaliths. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Rantepao. After lunch, drive to Batutumonga where we can enjoy several spectacular views, green rice terraces and other unique sites around the area. Late in the afternoon, back to Rantepao. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 05. DRIVE BACK TO MAKASSAR / TRANSFER OUT (B,L)
After breakfast, drive back to Makassar. On the way stop on the Puncak Lakawan for having coffee break while enjoy the wonderful view of mount Buttukabobong. Lunch will be served at seafood restaurant in Pare-Pare. In the afternoon arrive in Makassar. Onwards, transfer directly to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 06. TRANSFER OUT (B)
After breakfast, if still have any time, we will take you on a short city tour in Makassar. Than transfer directly to Hasanuddin Airport Makassar to catch your flight for your next destination. End of tour

SOUTH SULAWESI ROUND TRIP 8 days / 7 nights

Day 01. ARRIVAL IN MAKASSAR / DRIVE TO TANJUNG BIRA
Upon arrival at Hasanuddin Airport Makassar, meeting service. Afterwards, take a scenic drive to Tanjung Bira, located on the southern tip of Sulawesi famous for its ancient mariners and wonderful white sandy beaches. On the way, we will visit Bissappu waterfall. Lunch en route. In the afternoon we will stop in Tana Beru, the center of traditional Makassarese and Buginese boat builders where we can see the traditional Phinisi boat construction. Dinner and overnight at a simple accommodation in Tanjung Bira.(L,D)
Day 02. BIRA FREE PROGRAM + KAJANG TOUR
After breakfast, free program at Bira Beach. Than we will take you to Kajang, where we will explore the black culture of the primitive Kajang ethnic by leadership of Ammatowa. Lunch we will be served on the spot. In the afternoon, back to Tanjung Bira. Dinner and overnight at a simple accommodation in Tanjung Bira.(B,L,D)
Day 03. TANJUNG BIRA – SENGKANG
After breakfast, depart for Sengkang, located on the center of the former Bugis kingdom. Lunch will be served in Wattampone. After lunch we will visit the Museum of Andi Mappasissi where we can find all ancient collections of the former Bone kingdom. In the afternoon arrive in Sengkang, and we will directly visit the Lake Tempe where we will have a boat trip to explore the daily life of the local Bugis fishermen who do live on the floating houses. Dinner and overnight at a simple accommodation in Sengkang.(B,L,D)
Day 04. SENGKANG – TANA TORAJA
After breakfast, we will visit the weaving center where we can see women hand spin and weave traditional Bugis sutera silk clothes. Than drive to Tana Toraja via Palopo, where we can find many spectacular views along the road from Palopo to Tana Toraja. Lunch en route. In the afternoon arrive in Rantepao. After breakfast, we will take you on a full day Tana Toraja tour. In the morning, we will visit Lemo where we can find stone hanging graves with their rows of Tau-Tau. Onwards to Londa the natural grave where the deceased are entombed. Kete Kesu is a traditional Torajan village where we can see the traditional Tongkonan houses and the rice barns. Continue to Kambira where we will explore the secret of baby graves. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Rantepao. After lunch we will visit Pallawa & Sa’dan, local Torajan villages famous as the center of wood carving. In the afternoon back to the hotel for dinner and overnight.(B,L,D)
Day 06. FULL DAY TANA TORAJA TOUR
After breakfast, we will take you on another full day Tana Toraja tour. Today we will visit Marante & Nanggala, local Torajan villages famous for their large Tongkonans and old rice barns. Than we will drive to Batutumonga highland where we will explore the beautiful land scenery with the blue mountains and green rice terraces. Lunch will be served on the spot. In the afternoon, take a small trekking to find some wonderful views and unique sites around the areas. Than back to Rantepao. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.(B,L,D)
Day 07. TANA TORAJA – MAKASSAR
After breakfast, drive back to Makassar via Pare-Pare. On the way we will stop on the Puncak Bambapuang for having coffee break while enjoy the beautiful view of Mt. Buttukabobong. Lunch will be served at a seafood restaurant in Pare-Pare. In the afternoon, arrive in Makassar. Than transfer directly to the hotel for dinner and overnight.(B,L,D)
Day 08. TRANSFER OUT
